I studied counseling, coaching and communication skills at SACAP in Johannesburg. It is a college focused on psychology degrees and diplomas. Besides learning the course material it is also practically orientated

I graduated about 12 years ago and have coached numerous struggling Jewish businessmen for an organization in Johannesburg called ORT JET. During this time I was also privately counseling Jewish men with life issues

I use an eclectic method of counseling, drawn mainly from Person Centered, Gestalt and Existential Therapies. My coaching methods also draw on psychology methods but use more Solution Focused Therapy

I also use Transactional Analysis in helping people with communication difficulties if necessary. I gave a PowerPoint presentation to groups on understanding and developing effective personal communication skills
